How many Wildlife animals are there in Wordscapes?

69 animals are tracked here: 54 hatch from the six colored eggs with heart gems, nine per egg, and 15 are event or special animals that never come out of those eggs.

Which Wordscapes egg should I save my heart gems for?

It depends on what you play for: the White Egg for tournaments (Giraffe), the Purple Egg for brilliance (Gouldian Finch) and the Yellow Egg for a bit of everything (Hippo for binoculars, Porcupine for cocoons). Saving for one color instead of hatching every egg is the Nest Egg Method, explained in its own guide.

Which Wordscapes Wildlife animals go up to Level 10?

The Red, Green, Purple, Blue and Yellow Egg groups go up to level 10, and the White Egg group is still capped at level 7. Event animals stop at level 7.
